So Helen went to the library and borrowed an audio book on how to learn to use a computer. The librarian set her up with a stereo and headphones and sat her down at one of the computer stations. It took her several hours, but Helen finally was able to accomplish the first task - she successfully sent her daughter an e-mail!

"This wasn't so bad," Helen thought to herself! After that, Helen finally got the courage to buy a cordless phone and even a CD player for her home! One simple audio book helped Helen become a hip grandma!
