Fuzzy noise during recording on a digital camera?! Help!?

I am using a Ricoh Caplio R7, and I want to record videos on it. I have recorded few, and in each there is a loud noise like a radio tuned diffuse or something, and my voice is cleared, so that you can not hear. Is there anything I can do? It cost around £ 200 and I use mostly for videos so please help! I've tried in 4 different places - even the noise.

There is a button configuration, where you can turn off the sound click the menu twice and then see otions create folders, sound control settings, and then .. You can mute the sound and see if it works ... If not go to some other camera store and see if the camera makes the same noice as your model, if that is the issue of model if not returned to its Camerata store you bought it ...
