What is the best waterproof digital camera currently on the market?

I am a little skeptical about what to get. Every time I think buying a digital camera all you see is for Reviews Reviews Reviews. Any suggestions on what should I get? I was thinking about the Olympus Stylus 1030SW, seems to have a Nice quality photos and it looks tough, but then again I'm skeptical. Btw I use this camera to see the underwater photo taking only, I already have an SLR and a normal point and shoot for regular injections. Thanks:]
