How do I change the aspect ratio of my digital camera to match my widescreen monitor?

when I take pictures with my camera digital are in 4:3 ratio, however, my monitor has a resolution of 1680x1050, so it when I try to use photos I've taken as cash screen or extend horizontally, or if the center or tile they zoom too close and cut most of the image. Is there a way to maintain the relationship aspect of the image and make it as large as possible to use as wallpapers with the monitor, without having to cut or zoom images, and fill gaps in the side of the monitor? thanks

Hello. I believe there is no camera with the aspect ratio, the most common are 4:3, 15:10 (printed photograph) widespread and perhaps 23:10 or something. The aspect ratio of your screen is 16:10, so my recommendation is to take a picture aspect ratio of 4:3, then cut the part you want a bit with the very reason ASPEC 16:10 (Example. 3200 * 2000 pixels), then resize the width and height of 1680 to 1050 with an image editing program like Photoshop, Paint Shop, Etc saved and nothing more, without distortion
